MESSAGE FROM YOUR BOARD
ABRAHAM LINCOLN HIGH SCHOOL
Alumni Associaton

If you haven't been to Abraham Lincoln High School recently, you should make the effort and witness how it has become the comprehensive high school of choice in San Francisco

The students, teachers, parents, and administrators have all been working very hard to make this a reality. We have a right to be proud Mustangs!

The Alumni Association has become extremely active during the past ten years offering assistance whenever and wherever possible to enhance the stature of Abraham Lincoln High School.

You, too, can help by becoming a member of the Abraham Lincoln High School Alumni Association. Your membership dues and tax-deductible gifts assist the Board of Directors and enhance the academic and personal lives of these Mustangs and teachers by providing funds and services,

Whatever financial assistance you give to the Alumni Association is spent on scholarships, programs, and projects for the school as well as alumni services. No funds are used for paying the administration of the Association. It is a volunteer organization.

The Alumni Association awards grants to teachers for instructional materials and equipment not available from San Francisco Unified School District funds. In addition, the Association publishes the Lincoln Log quarterly for all members, assists classes with reunions, develops and maintains a database of over 37,000 graduates listing each class since Fall 1941, organizes the Wall of Fame Banquet, arranges regional luncheons for alumni from all classes, maintains a database of over 8,000 email addresses, and assists individual alumni looking for former classmates.

Need we say more? Can you help us keep Lincoln the comprehensive high school of choice in San Francisco by continuing your membership in and gifts to the Alumni Association.

If you want a real bargain and you are not a life member, you may want to become one for only $250. An initial membership is $25 for the first year with a renewal fee of $25. Where can you find membership in an organization today as reasonable as this? Get and complete your Membership Application Form now, by clicking on Alumni Application in Table of Contents below.

Mentioning scholarships, have you thought about setting up a tax-deductible scholarship in your or someone else's name? It could be a one-time scholarship of $1000, or it could be an endowed one with a gift of $25,000.
